Coperni offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all items in their original, unworn condition with security tags intact. Please note that return shipping costs and any applicable duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Initiate Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Package
Place the items in their original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring all original tags and protective plastics are attached.
Label and Ship
Affix the generated return shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Quality Inspection
Once received at our warehouse, our team will inspect the items within 5-7 business days before issuing a refund to your original payment method.
